I got some old windows from a the guy that just put our new windows in. I saw them sitting on the back of his trailer and asked him what he was going to do with them. He said they were out of another house he’d been working on and that he was just going to trash them. I told him I would take them off his hand. I’ve had them for about a month now, and I kind of had an idea of what I wanted to do with them, but not really. Well, I finally cleaned one of them up yesterday and started a new project! Here is the final result.

 

I have another one that I hope to work on tomorrow. The doodles on the photos are from Taran Conyers and Rhonna Farrer. I color overlaid some of them, and changed the colors on others. They look just like real rub-ons! I just love the shabby chicness of it! When I get the other one done, they will hand on each side of my “INSPIRE” letters and frame my desk beautifully! These are pretty big windows to – about 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide.
