I have been a bit under the weather for the past couple of days, and I just had no energy yesterday. About the only thing I did on the computer yesterday was keep my email checked, and I only did that a couple of times. I’m not sure if it’s some kind of stomach bug or what, but I just haven’t felt really well.
It’s weird Friday at around 1:00, I just started feeling so nauseous! I thought maybe I just needed to eat something, so I made some lunch for us. Well, eating didn’t help, but it didn’t make it any worse either. Jordan and I laid on the counch and watched a movie until Phil got home from work. I felt a little better - until I got up and started moving around, then it came back. My MIL had some Phenegran, so I took one of those and it helped some. We went to be around 10, and I felt OK when I got up this morning, just tired.
So we went out and ran some errands yesterday morning, and got back home around noon. I was outside doing something, and all of a sudden another wave of nausea hit me! I ran into the house, thinking that I really was going to be sick. I sat down on a chair in the living room because I got dizzy, and put my legs up over the side to help get some blood back to my brain. I looked at the clock - it was 12:56 - the same time I started feeling sick on Friday. Well, that one lasted a while.
A little later Jordan went to sleep on the couch a little while later and Phil went to the fish store. I just laid down and went to sleep too. I can not tell you the last time I took a nap! I normally just can no sleep during the day, but I just felt so tired. Now I know what all of you are thinking - but I had my tubes tied after I had Jordan, but believe me the thought even crossed my mind - that’s how it felt - just like morning sickness. When I was pregnant with Jordan, I didn’t get morning sickness. Mine always hit me at night.
Now I am just feeling all bloated, a little “gassy” and still nauseous! I feel like my stomach is so distended! I know - I felt like that when I was pregnant too. I’m gonna give it a couple of more days and see if it passes. If not, I just may have to go buy a test to satisfy my curiosity. I know that having your tubes tied is not 100%, but come on - what are the chances?
So anyway - that’s why I didn’t post yesterday! Phil did come home from the fish store with a cool new fish. We’ve been wanting a Naso Tang, but the ones we’ve seen weren’t that big, anf we were really wanting a good sized fish for the tank. He found this one yesterday. Isn’t he beautiful? I think Jordan decided to name him Marvin, but I’m not sure - I wasn’t feeling very well during that whole naming process!

Sooo sorry to hear you are sick:( Bummers.I hate feeling nauseated.Had my tubes tied twenty six years ago after my third child.Doc did a great job.LOL He told me before he did it that there was a 1 in 100,000 chance of it not working..but..if you are that one….you know the rest.:)Covered his butt..huh?LOL

I hope you are feeling 100% today - I’ve had the exact same symptoms the last few days! I even told my husband if I didn’t know better I’d swear I was pregnant as tired as I’ve been. How awesome to see your stuff on 2Peas, you totally deserve it!

I hope you feel better soon, I know you probably don’t want another baby, but if that is the reason, it has to be a blessing from God, because the chances of having a baby after your tubes are tied have to be really slim! But it could just be a bug, so either way, hopefully you will feel better soon!!

Hope your feeling better there is a bug going around had it last week but ended up with a touch of bronochial pnemonia and sinisitis I’m slowly starting to feel better but it’s a long process with my asthma too!

I actually was on the pill - like 99.9% effective I think…and my .1% is sitting on the chair watching football with me

It may be a flu bug, because I have been feeling the same way and it started Thursday with me. All of a sudden the feeling of nausea and I also layed down.
