Happy Wednesday all! I hope you are all doing well! It’ a bit on the chilly side here. We had out first freeze the night before last, so I finally had to break down and turn the heat on! We are in the process of shopping around for a new heat pump system, because the one that is on the house in ancient, too small for the room addition, and it’s killing us in power bills! I think this is the last major thing that we need do to the house. We’ve already had new windows, siding, and all the soffit work done. This house has been a work in progress since we bought it last year, but I think we are finally about done with all of the major stuff.
