Gosh, these Mondays just seem to be rolling aroung faster and faster! I took a “me” day yesterday! My MIL had Jordan most of the day, and DH was gone too, so it was just me and the dogs! Believe me, that doesn’t happen much around here, and when it does, I take full advantage of it! I did a little crafting, but mostly I just had a lazy day! The change in weather has my sinuses in an uproar, and it seems like I’ve had a headache for about 5 days straight! I chilled on the couch and watched a couple of movies – chick flicks, of course.

I always try to start making my Christmas presents in October. With Jordan, designing, and all the other events of everyday life, sometimes it takes me longer to get things finished- LOL! I made these for my MIL yesterday. They’re not really a Christmas gift. They’re ornaments for her tree. And yes, these papers on the backs are my designs, and they will be in a set closer to Christmas. I love the way these turned out. I think the copper foil looks awesome, but I think I need to come up with something other than ribbon for ties. Maybe I just need a thicker ribbon? Maybe some type of chain? Any suggestions are welcome!
