Mine was pretty typical. I did some grocery shopping and then I treated myself to a new set of nails! I swear, I have been were acrylic nails for years, and I have tried to wean myself off if them. One time I even went three weeks without them, but I just feel so “naked” without them! Without them, my fingers look so short and stubby, and I just can’t seem to do anything without them! I am not one of the fortunate ones that can grow nails - I never have been able too, even when I was pregnant. I always heard that being pregnant makes your hair and nails so healthy. Not me! My hair was great - until about two weeks after delivery, and it started falling out - by the handfuls! I was terrified that I was going to end up bald, but it stopped! From what I’ve heard, it’s pretty common, but it still scared me!

Anyway…. I think I have everything I’m going to need for my Thanksgiving dinner contribution. I am making a sweet potato casserole, yeast rolls, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, a pumpkin cheesecake (found this great recipe in a magazine!), and fresh cranberry salad. Geez - that’s definitely not a low-carb contribution is it? Not that any of us are on any of the low-carb diets. I could use some kind of diet, based on the size of my ever-growing ass! I was doing pretty good until I started designing digital sets three years ago! Sitting in this chair definitely does nothing for the ol’ metabolism!

What a gorgeous sampler!! Thanks Traci. BTW, you look awesome too and you’re a great person, so don’t get hung up on the carb count. Life’s about more than how much a person weighs or “the size of their ass” LOL (as long as they’re healthy and maintaining some sort of balance). Take care.

What a sweet sampler! Thak you so very much for shaing it with me! I used to be 210…now I’m between 145-155. I’ve given up SUGAR. Gone to whole wheat…its done wonders for me. Just my 2cents.
