Well, it’s not Christmas quite yet, but I know everyone is going to be busy tomorrow spending time with friends and family. So I just thought I would go ahead and say to now. I would like to thank you all for your support with the aquarium fiasco! We still have the fans and the dehumidifier going. The carpet and padding seem to have dried out pretty well except for right along the edge of the base. I think there’s water trapped under there that is just slowly seeping back out. I told my DH that he probably needed to go under the house and drill about couple of holes to try and let me moisture get out from under there. It’s not like we can move the tank! For some reason he’s not top happy at the thought of laying under about 4500 pounds of water drilling holes in the floor – LOL! Can’t say I blame him, but we’ve got to do something!

I am hoping that we can at least get the fans moved out tonight and get the furniture moved back in. We still need to get the carpet stretched and retacked, but I can live with that. What I can’t live with is not being able to get to anything in the kitchen because most of the stuff we moved out of the living room is in there. Making coffee yesterday was interesting since I really couldn’t get to the sink and cabinets. I ended up having to stand up on the coffee table that’s sitting there – LOL! Gotta have my coffee in the morning!

So, hopefully, if all goes well, we’ll be able to get everything put back and get Jordan’s presents under the tree. Phil got Jordan’s Dora Jeep together, and all of her presents are wrapped. We just need a place to put them – LOL!
