:: Phew! ::
As much as I love Christmas, I have to admit that I’m kind of glad it’s over! Did you all get what you wanted? Did you catch any of the big after-Christmas sales yesterday? Jordan had a great Christmas, and I think she go just about everything that she asked for. Her favorite thing was her Dora Jeep. It was pouring down rain here on Christmas, so she couldn’t take it outside. I guess it’s a good thing we had half of the furniture moved out of the living room! At least she was able to ride it around in there. She still hasn’t gotten the steering thing down - LOL! Here she is in front of all of her “loot!”
Here’s she and Daddy “working” on her new Jeep!
This was taken at Nana’s house Christmas afternoon. This is what I call her “scary smile”, but she’s still a cutie - LOL!
DH surprised me with a new printer. I’m still not sure why he bought a printer, since the one I have is less than a year old, and I have been perfectly happy with it. He got me one of the new HP All-in-Ones. This thing was high-dollar for a printer, so I hope it’s worth what it cost. It’s an HP C7180 - anyone else out there own one of these? The coolest thing about it is that it’s wireless! We already had a wireless network set up, so all I had to do was add it to the network and install the drivers on all the computers.
Speaking of the living room, as of 10:00 p.m. last night, I think it has pretty much been restored to it’s pre-aquarium-episode condition. The carpet guy came back yesterday afternoon and cleaned the carpet for us. Of course we had to let it dry before we could just start moving stuff back in. Phil got home from work around 7:00, and by 8:00 we had stuff moved back in. Then I had to put all of the knick-knacks, books and pictures back in the bookcases. At least I have all of my kitchen back now - LOL!
I got both of the trees down yesterday, and got down all of the stuff we had inside. Today I’m hoping to get down the stuff we have outside. I’m not sure though. Depends on how warm it gets. Plus it needs to dry out a little from all the rain we’ve had. Every year I keep buying more Christmas stuff, and them I have to find a place to put it - LOL!
Guess you’re wondering about a freebie for today. Well, of course there is! Now that the holidays are just about over, I hope to get back on track with everything - barring anymore household disasters - LOL! I am also going to try and get some new stuff added to the store today or tomorrow. Today’s freebie is a red embroidered alpha. I thought this might be good for doing some Christmas pages. I have enough photos do a whole freakin’ album - LOL!
HERE is the download link. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE MY LINKS! Hope you all have a great day! Leave me a comment if you download the alpha.

Thank you for the alphas! You will have to let us know how the printer works for you. Right now I print out my pages at Costco. It costs $1.50 for an 8×8. I am curious to know how much your LOs will run you with this new printer. My husband is always interested in saving money!
Thanks again!

I’m glad things are returning to normal for you and that you’re getting your living room back in order. They day after your fish tank fiasco, we had one at our house. Our power went out for about two hours. I had to call my husband at work (luckily he got transferred right down the street) and he had to come home and hook up the generator. Everything ended up okay and we didn’t have a disaster like you did.
Thanks for the neato embroidered alpha and your thoughtfulness in sharing it at a time when we all will be scrapping our Christmas photos.
Take care!

On another note - just in case you don’t know.
