:: All Good Things Must Come to an End! ::

Well, we are finally at the end of the Cherry Vanilla freebie! How sad to see it come to an end! I have really enjoyed reading your comments each day, and I really appreciate all of you that do take the time to leave me some love. There are many that don’t, as Rosemarie mentioned in her comment yesterday. I don’t think it’s that much to ask – it only take a few seconds to say “thanks!”

Anyway… I submitted some layouts on the Memory Makers online idea gallery last week, and how surprise was I to get not one, but three, emails from them today saying they were using some of my layouts as the “Featured Idea!” Two of them are this month, and one is in June. I will make sure I post a link on here at my blog on the days they are featured, and maybe you guys can leave me some love there! Making Memories has not really reached too far into the digital market yet, so this is great news for the digi world!

Jordan had gymnastics and karate yesterday, so we were pretty busy. The gymnastics place that she goes to, which I am not at all that impressed with, is in a building that has no air conditioning! Can you imagine that? They expect these kids to go in there and do gymnastics with NO AIR? It was over 80 here today, so you can imagine how hot it was in there. She’s only been going a couple of months, and I didn’t know the place didn’t have A/C when we signed her up. After class I mentioned to her that we needed to look around at some other places, to which she replied, “But why?? I love gymnastics!” I explained that she could still take gymnastics, just somewhere else.

Try to explain to a four year old how hot that building is going to be when it’s 95 degrees outside this Summer. You just can’t rationalize with a four year old! I think if we go and check out a couple of other places, she will see what I’m talking about. This place is so convenient though- 5 minutes from the house! And truthfully, I wasn’t sure if she was going to like it or how long she would stick with it, but so far she’s loving it!

After gymnastics was karate, and then she, DH and I went to eat before he went back to karate school for his kickboxing class. We came home, changed clothes, and went to Nana’s house. Jordan and Papa went out to clean all of the leaves off her trampoline. They’re whole back yard is full of oak trees, so you can imagine how many leaves had piled up over Winter. While they did that we walked about a mile and a half. I have developed serious “computer butt” in the last couple of years. I spend so much time at the computer designing, emailing, doing layouts… I have got to do something! I want to get a treadmill to go down in the basement, but DH has such a mess down there with all of his “stuff” (ie: his CRAP!) that you can hardly walk down there.  He’s even managed to migrate some of it to my craft room, which I am so no happy about!

Geez, am I just rambling on and on or what? The least I could do was throw in a couple of photos, right? LOL! OK, like I mentioned before, today is the last part of the Cherry Vanilla set. And without further adieu, here is the final paper.

HERE is the download link. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE MY LINKS WITH OTHERS OR IN YAHOO GROUPS!  Leave me some love here at my blog if you download the paper. Don’t forget about me just because the daily download is over! I’m always giving something away over here – LOL!
