:: Been Wondering? ::
You guys been wondering where I’ve been? LOL! Just took a couple of days off after the Cherry Vanilla set was done. I haven’t been up to anything exciting really, just doing some stuff around the house. It was so nice here this week, even though it rained yesterday. It’s a little cooler today, but still not bad for March.
My MIL and I went to Old Time Pottery last night and I got a bunch of cute planters to put on the front stoop. One is looks like a set standing overalls. It’s about two feet tall, and you just sit a plant down inside the overalls. It’s so cute! They also had some small planters that look like old shoes. I have those going down the steps with ivy in them! I also got Jordan (well they’re for me too- LOL) some cute bunnies to in the flower bed. I had to get out there a little while ago and rake the leaves out if it. I want to go sometime today and look at some flowers to put out there.
I think I’m going to do a container garden. Here in S.C. all we have is red clay, and it’s hard to get anything to grow in it. The flower bed does have some top soil in it, but I am so not in the mood to be tilling it up to add more! I think the containers with some lawn statues will be just fine! Maybe some of the clay pots that look like they’re tipped over… I don’t know, I’ll figure something out.
I made a cute Springy template to give out to you guys today. Hope you like it!

HERE is the download link. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE MY LINKS WITH OTHERS OR IN YAHOO GROUPS! Leave me some love here at my blog if you download the template. Have a great weekend!

Oh I wish I had your weather….woke up to snow! But that’s Missouri for you, one day it may be 80 degrees and the next you have snow.
You must take a photo of those overalls and shoes and post for us to see. Sounds fun!!!!

A planter that looks like overalls is right up my alley. My husband thinks that overalls are “suitable” to wear for every occasion. Even weddings. Although for a wedding he dresses them up by putting a white handkerchief in the back pocket instead of a red one. Go figure. In any case, thank you for the wonderful template!

Oh yes we have that red clay here too - I am in NC and I hate it. It brings that red mud dust into the house too from the animals or the kids shoes or just creeps it way in on the wind. OH and then when it rains - RED MUD!! Uck
I tried to plant some sweet pea flowers (I think thats the name) and NOTHING
the bushes are doing ok, and so are the spider plants, but flowers nope. THe people who lived here before had planted tulips and those seem to bounce back but plan something else? No way. Thank you for the template.
