Hope you are all having some good luck today! I’m on the mend, so things are definitely looking up for me! My neck and shoulders are still a little stiff, but I have gotten most of my motion back, and I can look at something without having to turn my whole body - LOL!

Love the photo frames, thank you! Hope the neck has eased up now! I used to have that all the time until I exercised every day…but I think it had a lot more to do with picking up children!! When they grew too big to pick up, funny, I didn’t have all the back and neck problems! Poor thing..it HURTS!!!!

Thanks for the wonderful freebie frames with the so lovely curvature. Love the various edging styles that definitely is a distinquishing factor. So pretty. Fantastic.

Also, you must be careful with your back. Mine didn’t show up in Xray either. The Dr. did an MRI & found out that all the cartilage in my left knee was nonexistant. So take care of yourself that type of pain is something to cry about. Hope the rest is helpful.

And to think you thought of us today! My husband took a nasty fall yesterday and spent the afternoon at emergency. He thought he broke a rib but only has a terrible bruise. The doctor predicts 2 weeks of pain. Thank you so much for the photo cluster which will surely come in handy. Take it easy and hope you feel better soon.
