In other news, let me tell you about my night! I have picked up a cold from somewhere, or maybe it’s allergies, because the pollen here right now is horrendous! Anyway, I’ve had this hacking cough – not really productive, just that tickle in the back of your throat that makes you cough every other second! So I went through the medicine cabinet and found some prescription cough medicine that I had. I took the recommended dosage and waited for the cough to subside. Not long after that  we all went to bed. I usually watch TV for awhile before I go to sleep – it’s really the only time I get to watch what I want to watch – LOL!

So midnight rolls around, and I turn the TV off. Then the tossing and turning begins. I kept looking at the clock – finally at 2:30 I got up and went to get something to drink. At that point it was very clear that I was having a reverse reaction to the cough medicine. Instead of making me sleepy, I was wired! So I turned the TV back on… I ended up watching a couple of sit-coms, and  movie on Starz. Finally about 6:00 I felt like I might be able to get to sleep. I got a whopping two hours of sleep!!  I don’t do well with the whole lack of sleep thing, so today is going to be a LOOOONG day!

We have an Easter egg hunt to go to this afternoon. Our weather here has taken another downward spiral, and our temps have gone from 85 earlier this week to the 50′s yesterday and today, with a blustery wind. Hopefully the wind will die down for the kids during the hunt! I plan on taking some photos, so hopefully I’ll have some to share tomorrow!

Well, that’s about it for today! No freebie today – sorry! I just didn’t have time to get anything together. I don’t know if I’ll have a post tomorrow or not, but if not, I wish you all a safe and joyous Easter!
