LOL! Nope, I’ve been around – just busy with other stuff. I hope you all had a great NSD! There were TONS of sales going on, so hopefully you were able to pick up some great deals! I didn’t buy at thing – LOL! Well, I didn’t buy anything scrapbook related! Sunday we had to go and pick up Jordan’s birthday presents. She is at that “in-between” age, and it’s so hard to pick out stuff for her! It’s not like she NEEDS anymore toys, and this house is almost at maximum capacity for toys! We also picked up some stuff for my nephew Logan, who’s birthday is 3 days before Jordan’s. He’ll be two, so he’s pretty easy to buy for.

Here are a couple of the things that we picked up for Jordan, but she’s getting a TON of stuff!

 

Yesterday, my MIL and I went to a few antique stores. Normally that would be a leisurely trip, but we had Jordan and Logan in tow. Logan is like a little bull in a china shop, and is so clumsy. I was having flashes of him knocking over displays of antique china! I mean, they cram stuff in there wherever they can, and sometimes it’s hard for an adult to navigate through! I am looking for a headboard for Jordan’s bed. I want to redo her furniture in her room. What she has now is what I had growing up, and I want something different. I think I’m going get the Shabby Chic chest and nightstand from Target, but I need a headboard. I think I know what I want, but I just have to find it – and not at an outrageous price.
