Hello all – and Happy Friday! Hope you all have some fun plans for the weekend. And so something special for all the Moms in your life! We have a couple of birthdays this weekend, plus Mother’s Day, so it’s gonna be party central around here! Today is my nephew’s birthday, and his party is tomorrow. Jordan’s birthday is Monday, so we’re have her party on Mother’s Day, since we’ll all be together anyway.

I let her pick out her own cake this year, and I was sure that she was going to want Spongebob! Last year was Dora. So we went to Publix (because they have the best cakes!) and let her look through the book at the bakery. The Spongebob one was pretty cool – actually they had to designs to choose from, and you could even get the cupcake cake. Well, she saw the Strawberry Shortcake one, and she was hooked. I think it was all the pink and the flowers! Sometimes she is such a girly girl – LOL!

I have to get some gift bags and wrapping paper to get her stuff all wrapped up sometime before Sunday. I guess Nana or Daddy will have to play “The Distractor” for a while – LOL! We even cleaned out some of her toys yesterday to make room for the new stuff! She had so much stuff! We had all those stupid McDonalds toys, and pieces and parts of toys scattered everywhere! I ended up cleaning out 4 kitchen size trash bags to donate to Goodwill! The sad thing is, that you can hardly tell that I cleaned anything out – LOL! Both she and my nephew are SOOOO spoiled! 

Check out this cute memo board that I made on Wednesday! I just used a small (11×17) bulletin board so I can sit it on the hutch of my desk. I had the fabric, lace, batting, buttons, and rosettes, so it only cost me $3!! You can’t beat that!

I also go another layout done – SHOCKING isn’t it?? LOL! This one is about Jordan’s new tea set she got last weekend when she and he Daddy were at the mall. That man had still not mastered the word “NO” when it comes to buying her stuff. Sometimes it drives me crazy!
