:: Still Waiting ::
Yep, we’re still waiting for some relief from the heat. It was only supposed to get up to 95 yesterday, but it ended up being 103! Jiminy Cricket! I’m getting tired of sweating the second I walk out the door. Yes - I said sweat! I don’t “perspire” like some Southern ladies, I sweat!! LOL!
Jordan and I spent Friday afternoon down in the craft room. She wanted to paint, so I pulled out all of the colors of acrylic paint that she wanted, and she set to work making her masterpiece. She loves to paint, color and make stuff - guess she takes after her mommy in that respect! Here is her finished project, which is now proudly displayed on the fridge.
While she was working on her art, I decided to alter one of the many Provo Craft tins that I have. I have no idea what I’m going to do with it, but it looks great in my craft room, which is orange. The papers, quote, and flower die cut are all from the Front Porch line that I did for My Mind’s Eye last year.

There’s something cool coming to Scrapbookgraphics next week. Here’s a little hint…

Well, I guess that’s it for today. Jordan and I will probably spend a couple of hours in the pool this afternoon, and who knows what else we may get into - heehee!

Creative little girl. My granddaughters like to scrapbook and glue and mess. I keep lots of their stuff to. I hear you about the heat!! I am in it m-f and I HATE IT!!! It has been running 100 + in Branson,MO.If only we could find men who will work more then a day or 2!! (Then I could stay home)That would be just fine with me!!
Anyway I love the tin,so creative.
Thanks for sharing you work.
