Hello all! I hope you’re all having a great weekend so far. It’s been pretty dang hot here! Not much else going on here. I know - we’re pretty boring folks, but most days we like it that way - lol!
I just wanted to let you all know that I just finished add some new jewelry pieces to my Etsy shop. I am getting pretty good at soldering, and I’ve only burned myself once - lol! I went to a local stained glass store last week, and the owner was so nice! She took me in the back and showed my how to cut my own glass - so there’s no stopping me now! She was even nice enough to let me dig through their scrap boxes and pull out whatever I wanted - for free no less! So I hope to be working on some soldered stained glass jewelry soon.
It became very evident very quickly as I was working on the blue glass set that I am going to have to have a grinder if I intend on making many pieces with stained glass. The blue set was done by hand with sandpaper and a file - and it took FOREVER!! Anyway, here are some of my most recent additions:

I can’t believe I forgot to post some of the photos I took of Jordan all dressed up for the wedding last weekend! I just can not get over how beautiful she look - and how grown up she looked. Here are a few of my favorites.

I also added some new pieces of jewelry to my Etsy shop. I have a few soldered collage necklaces, a new wire wrapped ring, and some altered bamboo tile necklaces. I hope to get some more soldered pieces done this weekend.
Each of these bamboo tile necklaces is totally customizable with colors of your choice to make a pendant that is truly your own.
This is my newest custom photo charm. This one is a little larger than the others I have in the store, and these would make great zipper pulls. I think these would look great on purses, diaper bags, and jackets!
