Hello all! I hope everyone is having a great week. Only one more day on the work week – well if you work Monday – Friday, that is!

My husband will be home from Iraq in 15 days!! Wooo-hoooo! He was home in May for 28 days, but it will be different this time, because we know he won’t have to leave again! It will be so nice to have our family back together again after a year of being apart, and I will feel so much better knowing that he is safe again. Things are starting to get crazy over there again since the Iraqi government has started taking over.

My daughter already has some major plans for him when he gets home – lol! He’s already promised her that he will dress up for Halloween this year. I will believe that when I see it! My mother-in-law and I dress up every year, but I have NEVER seen him dress up in the 15 years that I’ve known him! I will definitely have the camera ready for that big event – lol!

Sewingsparklz from Etsy and I are doing a trade. She wanted some of my flower hair clips and a couple of necklaces, and I had her make me a hobo bag and matching accessory pouch. She posted some photos on her blog, Beautiful Handmade, yesterday, and I have to say – it looks fabulous! Don’t you just love the colors and pattern of the material? I can’t wait to see it in person! You need to go check out her shop. She has some really pretty stuff!

I also wanted to let you know that I have decided to open a new Etsy shop for my hair clips and accessories. It’s called Posh Girl Boutique. I just really feel like they aren’t meshing really well with my jewelry, and that I needed to have a dedicated shop for them. I am slowly but surely getting them added to the new shop, and I have a lot of NEW items listed there already. Come take a peek! I love the banner that I made for it – so cute and girly!

I have also added a blinkie link in my side bar as well as a little Etsy mini. I guess I really need to take new photos since my clip card says Traci Sims Designs, but I am just soooo not in the mood for that right now… Here are a few of my new listings:

 Okie-dokie then! Well, I guess that’s it for today. I’m off to take a shower and get ready to go to the dentist. I am having a new crown put on today – yuck! At least they are just cementing it on, and I won’t have to get all numbed up. Novacain takes forever to wear off for me, and I end up looking like I’ve had a mini stroke for about 4 hours afterwards!
